Stafford, Texas  ·  ADAS Calibration

Aimed to
spec. Proven
on paper.

Static and dynamic ADAS calibration performed to the manufacturer's published procedure — then documented, so the repair holds up with the customer, the insurer, and anyone who reads the file later.

Calibration triggers

A repair isn't
finished until
the sensors
agree.

Cameras and radar read the road from a fixed reference point. Move that point by a few millimetres — or change how the car sits — and the system still reports ready while aiming at the wrong place. These are the jobs that call for a calibration.

GLASS

Windshield replacement

The forward camera mounts to the glass. New glass means a new mounting position, every time.

GEOMETRY

Wheel alignment

Camera and radar aim is referenced to the thrust line. Change the thrust angle and the aim moves with it.

COLLISION

Front or rear collision repair

Bumper R&I, grille work, tailgate and quarter panel repair all disturb radar and cross-traffic sensors.

SUSPENSION

Suspension or ride height change

Springs, struts, lift kits and load-levelling changes tilt every forward-facing sensor at once.

COMPONENTS

Mirror, camera or radar replacement

Blind-spot modules, side mirrors, surround-view cameras and any sensor that was unplugged or replaced.

FAULTS

Warning lights and dropouts

Lane keeping that wanders, cruise that won't set, blind spot that flashes for nothing. Often an aim problem, not a part problem.

What we do

Services

Mobile at your shop or in our Stafford bay, every calibration runs on the Autel platform backed by OEM procedures and tooling. The setup is measured, the procedure is the manufacturer's, and the result is documented.

S—01

Static calibration

Manufacturer target boards positioned to measured distance, height and centerline on a verified level floor. Used for forward cameras, surround-view systems and most radar units.

Bay or on site
S—02

Dynamic calibration

Road procedure driven at the speed, lane marking and conditions the manufacturer specifies, with the scan tool logging the learn until the module accepts it.

Road procedure
S—03

Combination calibration

Many late-model vehicles require a static setup followed by a road procedure. We run both in sequence and verify the whole system afterward, not just the module we touched.

Static + dynamic
S—04

Pre-repair and post-repair scans

A full-system scan before the work documents what the vehicle arrived with, and a scan after documents what it left with. Both reports go in the file.

Included
S—05

Diagnostics and module programming

Fault diagnosis on driver assistance systems, plus module initialisation and programming where a replacement sensor needs to be set up before it can be aimed.

Bay or on site
S—06

Mobile calibration

We bring the targets, the tooling and the measuring equipment to your shop. Static procedures need a level floor and clearance around the vehicle — tell us the space you have and we'll confirm before we roll, or bring the vehicle to our bay if it won't meet the spec.

Sublet work for shops

Standing arrangement for body shops, dealerships and glass companies: scheduled appointments, consistent paperwork, and a calibration line your estimator can write with confidence.

For shops & dealers

A partnership, not a sublet

You keep the customer, the cycle time and the margin. We carry the equipment, the certifications and the documentation — and we make sure nothing billable gets missed.

  • We become your ADAS department without you hiring or buying one
  • Calibration requirements identified before the estimate goes out
  • I-CAR certified, 10+ years in the industry, Autel platform with OEM procedures
  • Mobile at your shop, so your bays stay on body and paint
How the partnership works

For vehicle owners

If it was in a shop, ask about calibration

Your safety systems can pass a self-test and still be aimed wrong. Here's what that means for you.

  • A straightforward explanation of what your vehicle actually needs
  • Documentation you can hand to your insurer or keep with the vehicle
  • Price quoted before we start — no surprises on pickup
  • Second opinion welcome if another shop told you it wasn't required
  • Come to our Stafford bay, or ask about mobile service at your location

Partner program

We fill the
ADAS gap.
You keep
the margin.

ADAS sits awkwardly in a body shop. It's not quite mechanical, not quite electrical, and the equipment costs more than the volume usually justifies. So it gets subletted blind, or quietly skipped. Both cost you money. Here's what a partnership actually closes.

Revenue

Calibrations that never reach the estimate

Send us the VIN and the repair lines before the estimate goes out, and we'll tell you exactly which calibrations that repair triggers — with the OEM documentation behind each one. Work you were already liable for becomes work you actually bill for.

Cycle time

Supplements that add days to the job

Finding a calibration after teardown means a supplement, a re-approval and a vehicle sitting in your lot while everyone waits. Identified up front, it goes on the original estimate. The job moves on the schedule you quoted.

Capital

Equipment you'd have to buy to do this in-house

OEM target sets, scan tool licences, software subscriptions, a certified level floor, and the training and recertification to keep all of it valid. We already carry it. You get the capability without the outlay or the upkeep.

Capacity

A bay and a technician tied up for hours

A calibration can hold a bay most of a day, and your tech isn't turning body hours while it runs. Mobile service means we work around your production instead of inside it. Your bays stay on the operations that carry your margin.

Approval

Calibration lines the insurer argues with

Every job comes back with the pre-scan, the post-scan, the procedure followed and the setup measurements, written to attach straight to the estimate. The line gets approved instead of negotiated.

Become a partner shop

Account pricing, scheduled slots and consistent paperwork. Tell us your volume and we'll build it around your workflow.

Documentation

The calibration
is only half
the job.

Anyone can plug in a scan tool and watch a module report ready. What matters six months later is whether you can show what was measured, what procedure was followed, and what the system reported when the vehicle left.

Every calibration comes back with a report identifying the vehicle, the systems addressed, the procedure used, the setup measurements, and the before-and-after scan results. It's written to be read by a customer, an estimator, or an adjuster.
